Default 6.2 help

i am building a 07 6.2.Do i need to plug any oil hole in the top of block from the random cylinder drop.Can i just change lifters and not worrie about it?

I'd change the lifters and tap and plug the oil holes. My cover had o rings to seal them off.

so tap all 8 and the one at the back

Yeah tap and plug all 8. The one at the back is for the oil pressure sender I think.
