Default Help Identifying Turbo

Sorry no pictures but I will post them later.

Center Section Tag:
Garrett NGM 40288
706451-5005....seems to indicates GT35R CHRA

Turbing Housing:
Garrett T3 inlet flange, 3" 4-bolt outlet 0.82 A/R(standard option on GT35R0.

Here's the tricky part...
Compressor Housing:
TDM 60-1 M24 Garrett
3" inlet(normal GT35R should be 4").

Questions:
What is this turbo and does someone know of a compressor map for it?
Is the GT35R rebuildable? I've seen mixed info about this.
The turbo is a loaner to help me size my build but I might be interested if rebuilding is an option. Obviously I will need a second GT35R to go with this one.

Thanks!
