Fueling Question
Fueling Question I was just thinking on how many in tank pumps do I need to run. I am going to be running E85, so I have been on a search for the best E85 pumps. I was checking out the Walbro 450lph for E85 and some vendors rate them at 800crank and some 800whp. I am pretty sure with my LT1 I wont touch those numbers, but would it be safe to just run 1 in tank or run 2 for the heck of it? Would 2 be overkill for me?
Yea but right now im at the end of the build and money is starting to get a little tight. I dont want to waste any money at this point. But if its better safe than sorry then I will get 2.
I think that you'll be surprised what your car will do on boost. With that being said, if you're willing to be limited by your fuel system then one 450 will take you pretty far.
Ok, can anyone tell me what I would need as far as making an E85 fueling system. I know 2 in tank pumps, but what else? I have 80# injectors already. Its a LT1. So I do not know how different or similar the fueling system is on LS motor......
