Default K1 billet H-beam rods???

Are K1 h-beam rods good rods for a turbo build? I feel that I have heard of them before but don't know if they r good. They say they will handle over a 1,000hp

The stock rods have been pushed to over 1000 HP numerous times. There is no reason that these won't handle much more.

K1 rods are nice. Just make sure you get them with at least arp-2000 bolts. I have them in my stock crank ls2 and plan on pushing them to at least 1200hp

All the k1 Hbeams come with arp2000. As far as 1000+ out of an hbeam....id personally go with Ibeams if I wanted to push that kind of power.

when I ordered my rods the first set came with 8740 bolts. I had to send them back and get ones with arp-2000 bolts. If I recall they had different part numbers. That might not be the case now. That was 3 years ago.

Idk. We've made 750+ on h beams. Oh, that's on 4 cylinders too.
