Default 370/ new f1A-94

I figured I would start a thread on this. It will be awhile before I post final results but this will at least get the conversation started.

Old setup:
Stock Ls1 with custom blower cam
Normal boltons
D1 procharger 8 rib 4.25" pulley
Aster bracket
Alkycontrol single nozzle meth/pump gas 93
M6 and 9"
Made 671/565 on roughly 12ish pounds

New setup - motor just dropped off at the machine shop and blower parts being ordered any day now:
6.0 iron block .030 over
Wiesco -3.2cc pistons 10.3:1 compression
ls9 headgaskets
ARP head studs and main studs
Callies compstar rods
Stock Ls3 heads
Stock Ls3 intake
90mm TB
Custom grind blower cam
ls7 lifters
Procharger Intercooler kit
New F1A-94
3.70" pulley
8 rib and Aster setup
Probably just a screen on the blower
ATI Dampner
1 7/8" longtubes into true duals
ditching the meth and going E85
still a 6 speed but upgrading the clutch to a Mcloud RXT twin
Same 9"

This is all I can think of for now. I'm hoping for 900+ pretty easy but we will see!

I haven't fully figured that out yet but I do know injectors will be id1300 and going with twin e85 pump setup from squash. I'll figure the rest out once the motor and all is done.

You'll easily be over 900 rwhp if you can keep those LS3 heads from lifting. Bob

Really watching this one.

OP, I've been trying to successfully campaign a stock 6.0 block with a big centri as well. Hope to see some good results from your set up.

Interested to see how that F1A-94 does, our set ups area fairly close. I currently have a D1sc and thinking about upgrading to either the F1a or F1A-94 once I've got enough saved up.

super interested to see how running an F1A or F1a94 on just normal straight 8 rib belt would go, big step up in the gearbox but also much larger pulley of course

F-1A-94 = New F-1A w/ 3.70 new design impeller, new 9” volute.
Compared to an F-1A, The F-1A-94 has a more aggressive backsweep on the exducer of the impeller. Generally speaking, anytime you add more angle to the backsweep you are decreasing the amount of pressure to build at low RPM, and it will be probably feel noticeably softer down low. Up top the F-1A-94 is good for around 150-200 more rwhp over a standard F-1A. Bob
