Default slight hesitation around 4k.

Right about the time it hits full boost or 4k rpms it hesitates or sputters for just a second and then it feels like it got rear ended. It never did this until the boost was raised from around 9 to about 16 and the meth kit installed so I am thinking spark blow out? Am I on the right track?

Close the gap on the plug. See what happens.
