Borg Warner turbo?

Borg Warner turbo? I currently have a 5.3/pt7675cea combo and I suspect oil has been leaking pass the seals. I want to go Borg Warner turbo route for my 5.3. What I really like about my precision is its loud turbine whistle. My question is do any of the BW s400 turbos have loud turbines? I know they have super loud compressors.

Borg 177101 is the equivalent of that turbo (Ive had both and current have the PT7675) and the Borg is as loud as the PT. If you put any type of muffler on it, even bullet, it cuts down on that noise with either. Twin S300s have even more turbine noise than those if you really want a loud turbine.
