what size gate and bov do you guy think i should run?

If you keep the hot side separated all the way till the flange (twin scroll) then it will probably be easier to run dual wastegates (38mm). If you are going to merge the up pipe to the turbo then a single 60mm wastegate would best for complete boost control, you may could get by with 44. As far as bov I run tial 50 anything around that size should be fine as well

My builder wants me to get a 66mm precision gate and dual Tial 50mm bov or one 64mm precision bov I just thought I could use 1 44mm gate and 1 50mm bov I guess not

I'm running the 66 precision and a single tial 50.

Im working on the same build with an s475 t4 I also have an lsa and was debating and been undecisive weather to use my ls3 our to take the sc off the lsa and use that block instead.

I also say t4 will spool better and your ls3 should make over 700 safely, no problem

Default Swapping LSA SC to LS3

If you are doing a turbo car. It’s a no brainer to swap the supercharger over to the LS3. The LSA is 20% stronger in the bottom end. So if you have plans for bigger power well I think you got your answer you were looking for. I personally have a 13 ZL1 w/twins and stock bottom end and make 1189whp and 1006wtq @22psi on E85/Meth. Plus cam, heads blah blah blah. She hasn’t blown her cookies yet🤞🏻🙏😂
Don’t get me wrong a LS3 is a very strong motor but the strongest of them all is the LSA/LS9 on the bottom end. LS9 is even stronger then the LSA.
