will a stock 99 ls1 handle 15 pounds of boost
will a stock 99 ls1 handle 15 pounds of boost I have a hurt 402 stroker with Jds heads and a solid roller cam with a vortec supercharger race modified unit 15 lbs of boost. I'm thinking using a 99 ls1 853 headed engine with a T Rex cam and Arp rod bolts that I have sitting here . Whats everybody's thoughts will it stay together.

Don't think you'll have a problem. All in the tune honestly, don't touch the rod bolts, you have a better chance at distorting the rod cap and spinning a bearing than you do breaking a bolt and spitting a rod.
I've been at 600whp for one year and 700whp for the last 2 years.....so 3 very hard years so far so good. I've ran 18-20psi through it a few dozen times as well. Motor makes 640whp on just 12psi so I can only imagine what 20psi puts put lol
