Default Anyone know anything about the turbo depot kit?

I was looking for a turbo kit for my car and found a turbo kit from turbo depot with a T-76. First question is how much hp will a T-76 support. Second question is does anyone know anything about this kit and its quality?
thanks guys

That turbo tech kit... It puts down 480 hp at the rear wheels. Isn't that kinda weak for a 76mm turbo? From what I've read, I'm pretty sure they can support 800+ hp at the rear wheels. The Precision Turbo 76mm will support 975hp. Please tell me they're only running like 5-7 psi because of the non forged internals! I'm just wondering why all these turbo guys settle for such low numbers, why not spend some more money on a forged bottom end and turn up the boost? When I build my setup, I'm looking at 1000+ hp street legal. Look at John Meaney's vette. nuff said.

that 480 was on stock engine limited tune (tuned before they had the right software)
i have put down 512rwhp on a mustang dyno wiht that kit, and others have put close to 600rwhp.
if everything is dialed in correctly i could see it pushing 700rwhp if you change out the intercooler.

abidar, not everybody has that 'more money' thing you speak of. and they just want some boost on their stock ls1... nothing wrong with that.

True that everyone doesn't have the extra money. I don't even have enough for a turbo kit. Well, I do, but it's going towards car payments/college.

I guess there are just a few people looking for sick horsepower. I'd gladly make a few sacrifices for a 1000+hp car

I guess 500hp is enough to handle pretty much anything on the street anyways...
