hot side shielding
hot side shielding Hello all, well I have my hotside completed and I have a question. The tubing going into the turbo is about 1/2 inch away from the belt tensioner. The tensioner is in the stock location and this is with no belt on it. Depending on the belt length, I could increase this clearance to around an inch or so. I plan on fabbing up a heat shield and bolting it to the tubing. Has anyone had any experience with the hotside being too close to the belt or tensioner? Thanks in advance.
