Default Is symmetry important when using dual wastegates?

When using a twin scroll turbo like the s475, having 1 wastegate per bank/exhaust manifold seems like the only logical choice. My placement of each WG will be directly after each truck manifold outlet however I'm wondering if placement of the turbo to one side like the passenger side due to space limitations would cause issues as opposed to the best case scenario of in the middle?

It seems that once the engine is running, the exhaust pressure will equalize however what are real world opinions on this? Thanks
