Default Oil pressure with starter

I was getting ready to test my starter setup so I can perm. wire everything up-I thought about spinning it and see if I could get oil thru the turbo line to the turbo (I added some oil before adding the line)
I was wondering if I can build pressure just with the starter-in the past I had trouble getting pressure even with the engine running, but now I pack trans assemb. grease in the pump, so it helps, but never tried with just spinning the starter (Gen 1's no problem, pump sat in oil)
so, will the starter get pressure-I don't want to spin it to much if not and run off the assemb.oil
Never tried it, but I think I can add some oil thru the plug on the side of the plug

Of course you should be able to get oil pressure spinning on the starter motor only, assuming you did prime the pump.
