Coolant overflow?

Coolant overflow? I don,t know for sure where to put this so i'll just put it in here cause I know some of the FI guys have done this.
If I remove the coolant overflow tank under the battery do I need to relocate it somwhere else or can i mount a small one in the nose of the car? How big of a tank does it need to be? The reason I ask is i'm looking to do a custom turbo kit and mount the turbo where the Batt. is now. The Y-pipe from the manifolds will have to come up from underneth and go into the turbo inlet throught the hole where the overflow was then the DP will go down in front of the motor. Any suggestions? Thanks.
