what turbo for LQ9?
what turbo for LQ9? Just wondering which turbo would work great for an LQ9. I picked up a stock LQ4, 2 cylinder walls were mildly rusted, so I decided to hone them out and swap to a set of LQ9/LS2 flat tops. My setup is a midmounted on3 76mm with a cammed 5.3 which is working awesome btw. It has Quick spool and retarded power. Just wondering which turbo I should run when I swap to the LQ9 down the line. GT45? Or the new On3 78/76?

Hard to argue with the S475 results. A Billet S476 with a 92mm T4 would be my pick. I'd go with a base T6 S475 over the On3 78/76 too.
Whats a truck bed weigh by the way? Had your truck on the scales the way it sits?
Yeah, I hear ya. We all have this horsepower bug. BTW, I see you on s10 forum too. I am Iroc-10 there, just can't change my screen name on that site, had it too long. Everywhere else, I am rpturbo.
