Default Turbo setup Cam question??

So I've decided to go the turbo route instead of procharging. That said I do not know what cam to use. I currently have Torquer V3 231/234 .643/.598 111lsa.
I have PRC 2.5 ls6 heads. I am switching to 317 heads. I would rather keep it all if its possible. I am looking for a cam that I can use with the turbo AND also sounds as close to mine as possible.

Here's my car on a cold startup and idle.

Why don't you keep that cam? Unless you put an insanely small turbo with insane BP it's gonna make good power.

Hell if I can keep it and only switch the heads that'd be perfect. I'm going with a comp billet 7879 triple ball bearing.

I'm the opposite of a cam expert, but the lobe separation is narrow enough for the backpressure you're gonna see on a 79mm turbine and the 317 heads are great for boost because the bigger chamber lowers compression, unless you're going e85, then I'd keep both the cam and the heads but that'd require a much bigger fuel system

I think you're gonna run outta turbo before the heads-cam become a bottleneck for HP

If thats the 100 trim 79mm turbine you wont end up happy.

Cam has entirely too much overlap to keep... on top of that the lobes are way too intense and will lead to valvetrain instability.

How would this cam work with a turbonetics 78/75 ball bearing turbo?I have the Prc 5.3l heads also. I've read mixed opinions.

you're going about it wrong. your concerns should be backpressure and powerband.
sound is secondary, but your grind don't sound that aggressive. sounds close to my turbo cam. you can chop it up more in the tune if needed by.
why you getting rid of the heads? what fuel and compression?
