Default Fuel System Help....

I have an 99-06 turbo silverado...
My fuel system consisted of 90# injectors, a walbro 450 & a walbro 255...

After 14 psi duty cycle started going high, so i upgraded to 127# injectors... Duty cycle went down but it's still high (112 to be exact) afr also jumps to 13s...

I want a better fuel system... Yet, i dont want to add nothing that will overheat, since this is my dd..
Thanks for any help

Btw, I'm running E85

So from the gitgo, with E85 you're needing 30% more fuel volume than the gasoline equivalent.
What are your;
  • Fuel filter(s)?
  • fuel line/return diameters?
  • Fuel pressures at WOT?
  • Configuration of fuel plumbing? (ie: Deadhead or return)
  • Fuel pressure regulator

We need more info on your setup. Unless its a big engine, you shouldn't be running out of fuel with that much pump and injector on E85

I also notice you're referencing your AFR readings in gas scale. Just out of curiosity the tune (stoich value) has been changed for e85 correct?

Because with that much injector and "enough" pump. You should not be having this issue.

Feed us some more info, I'm sure it's something simple.
