supercharger on lq4?
ok onto the question.
i own a 1992 firebird that i plan on putting a lq4 out of a 2003 denali with only 73k miles on it . my plans are to basically keep it stock inside, pondering putting promax stage 3 ls6 heads on it to keep the cathedrals, long tubes, cam etc. paired to a t56 . so after i build this and put it in and save up for a bit i was pondering investing in a magnuson mp112 or tvs1900 for the gto ( i asume it will fit since i have to use a f body front belt drive assembly ) and i gather the ls6 heads will raise my compression to 10.0 or so and i am wondering if it would still be safe to run a maggie. i have searched for the answer but no specific answers for this motor and compression combo etc. agian im new so sorry if this has been asked many times. the help is greatly apreciated thanks.
also i dont know what size headers to get 1 3/4s or 1 7/8s since my car is a third gen there are very few options hawks sells them for almost a grand and are the only ones that offer 1 7/8s primaries but racing inovations offers 1 3/4 primmary headers for roughly 300 bucks
