LS3 heads on lq4 worth swapping?
LS3 heads on lq4 worth swapping? i currently have 317s that im going to throw on a forged lq4 with a huron speed kit and a pt88. short term power goals are set at 650hp, i know, no problem. but long term im thinking 900+ maybe. is it worth doing the swap now or just stick with the 317s? Oh, and ill be doing some port matching, valve seat blending and valve jobs on whichever head i go with. yes i know both can hit over 1000hp, yes i know i need new intake and TB with ls3 heads, with that in mind does the ls3/l92 heads make up for the hassel of getting parts together to make the power a little easier with less boost, im assuming, or since i already go them just run the 317s and maybe swap them out down the road or just keep them all together. thanks for any help.
