After some rough drawings and thoughts it might workout better or easier to package if I keep it aps style exhaust. The price you qouted is pretty reasonable for what's involved.....I'll be keeping intouch.
Sounds good. Fyi, the price would go down if I were making more than one set. I also have the .82 a/r modeled up, I was going back and forth on which one to go with on my car but decided on 1.06 in the end given my future plans. It is a bit more laggy on my 6.0 than the APS ones, but much happier up top.
Like (almost) everyone else with an APS TT setup, it was only a matter of time until it was necessary to replace the original turbos that came with the kit. I know there are a few good options out there already for upgrading these turbos, but I decided to build my own upgrade based on the GT35R turbos. I went this route because the GT35R's are ball bearing, retain the water cooled feature and leave room for plenty more hp (especially with the new GTX wheels). The kicker of the whole deal is the turbine housings, they are custom to the APS kit. My solution is pictured above. They are a bit more compact than the originals, 1.06 A/R, 100% 304 stainless steel and 100% made in the USA! Lots of fun to be had with these beauties!

The standard Garrett GT3582R's will support 1200hp at the crank possibly more with the right combo. The GTX compressor wheel will support more, but they like higher pressure ratios.
Like I mentioned in an earlier post, I didn't intend on this being a production piece but I can certainly build another set for someone that is looking for something better than the APS turbos. I have been running these for a few months now and they are working great. They have a handful of 25-minute road course sessions on them along with 1000 miles of street driving and have had no issues whatsoever. I also made some low profile vented turbo drain fittings that gave me some better ground clearance (pictured).
