I will be reusing my stock ls1 block honed .05 over with forged pistons and rods. Im not sure how much power i can expect, but i want a turbo that will match up to the combo. I will be running tuck manifolds with an aftermarket turbo cam (undecided as well.) What turbo's should i be looking at? I also will be using a 4l80 trans.

You need to give a little more info on what you want.

This is mainly a street car. I want something that will spool somewhat quickly. If I can get 650 rwhp out of this combo, I'll be more than happy

Borg Warner S475 with an 83mm turbine in T4. 650 to the wheels with a decent spool on a 5.7 without pushing it too hard.

I would run a standard frame T4 with a 75mm turbine wheel, will be efficient and give you a little room to grow beyond your 650 goal in the event you ever want to turn it up a little

Turbonetics Billet T7575 or Cast T7875
Precision 7675CEA

Any of the above will package very nicely in the engine bay, spool quickly on your set-up and be efficient up to the 850 rwhp mark!
