Studs too short

Hi all, assembling my long block tonight I noticed the small head studs along the intake seem to be too short. They only come about 3/4 of the way through the nut. These are Alpert studs. Has anyone had this problem before? I'd rather not back the stud and risk damaging the threads in the block. Let me know what you think. All the other studs seem to be fine.

Mine were like that as well. With the low tq required for them I wouldn't worry about it.

Mine were also the same way. I Just torqued them and ran them too.

I had the same thing happen. I think I salvaged the ARP bolts for my LS1 and used them on my LS2. I think ARP has 2 different part numbers for the kits. I wonder if the short bolts are the same in the 2 kits.
