LSA is a little wide for that small a cam but it will work.

I got Duttweiller to answer a question one time on LSA for a 215/215 HR for a gen 1.
He said 112.

Jim at Speed Inc ran a 218/218 113 LSA in his gen II and made 875 or so rwhp. 61mm TT.

Could you explain to me the plus 3 part? is it ground in advance? Or does 115+3 really just mean 118.

Never really understood that myself.

You'd think if the entire cam was ground with x deg advance...they would just list the cam as timing at x deg advance rather than stating +3 somewhere

The 115 refers to the LSA, not the actual valve timing

The + after the lsa normally means the advance ground into cam. A 115 +3 is a 115 deg lsa ground to a 112 ICL (intake center line). In short + 3 deg of advance ground in.
