SCG-1 users, what gain % are you running?
SCG-1 users, what gain % are you running? As the title states, what Gain % is everyone running? I haven't started adjusting it yet, as I'm still working on turning up the boost. I can feel a pretty good delay in boost build between shifts and wondering if that may be the cause.
Been using 100% gain while playin with duty cycle amounts. I must say, when its starts clampin down on the gate, holy **** ***** does boost come in fast and hard!
I'm at 72% DC now with a 10psi spring and goes as high as 13-14psi on street tires before it starts to spin and i gotta back out.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I'm at 74% duty cycle, seeing 9-9.5 psi on 6 lbs. springs. Starting to wonder if I'm going to max out the duty cycle before I get to my goal of 15 lbs boost. It seems to be taking about a 10% increase to gain 1 PSI. Also makes me wonder how well this controller works on twins.
The higher the boost the less duty cycle% you'll need to see a change
It will have more boost to push against the spring, taking less percentage total to make a bigger change
Mine has 6 settings, and the different between wastegate and 2 more psi is 40%
The difference between 16 psi and 18psi is only 7%

Thanks, that makes sense. I turned it up to 78% yesterday and saw about 11 lbs. Pretty sure I'm blowing through the converter now though, so I'll have to get that taken care of before I go much higher. Seeing 20-25% slip when it first hits the higher boost.
