is this an 4th gen fbody intercooler?

hello everyone. saw this A2W intercooler on a google search. looks like it might mount behind the front bumper of an fbody... if so im thinking this + a heat exchanger where the procharger dual intercoolers mount and put the a tank in the spare tire well... my goal is to keep cool w/o cutting the front bumper of my 02 ws6... once i figure out the intercooler, then i will figure out the rest...

or maybe put a heat exchanger out back like this? will it be efficient?

Interested myself. Put the exchanger in the back though for sure. Keep as much weight off of the nose as practical.
