targeted afr way off
long story short, had the car tuned in great, everything was smooth and i could hit 11.8 afr in boost like commanded, was a 5.3L lm7 with 243 heads, six speed, 340lph pump and 60# injectors, stock rails stock fuel lines (they where my down fall to this engine)
with that being learned once my new engine was done (a 6.0L with 317 heads and same cam as 5.3) everything the same except i have fast fuel rails and full -8 lines and a fuel lab regulator, a proper fuel system this time
i figured the most i would need to do is clean up the ve table, check timing etc etc. well everything checked out good and went to make a boost pull and im in the 10.2-10.8 afr instead of my old 11.6-11.8
i went in and tried going from 1.28 in boost enrichment to 1.26, with that being said no luck, still super rich 10s.
ill try to post tune when i get home if i can, but with that being said, what could cause the targeted AFR to be so off? i checked all the ect multipliers and all, PE is turned off as of last tune.
would changing the volume of fuel going to engine be an issue?
would not the EXACT same fuel pressure (even though rest of tune is pretty on point) be causing this, believe i was at 70-72psi stock fbody regulator and with new fuel labs regulator i adjusted it to 66-68psi at idle, boost reference disconnected cause of above issue, did it with and with out it connected no difference
any insight id appreciate
