Best Replacement In-Tank Fuel Pump Setup?
Well, it looks like my tuner wants to get rid of the boost a pump. My pressures on the FP Gauge are 70+psi at cold start, sometimes as high as 80-90psi. Additionally, the pressure while driving is sometimes high like 65-75psi, and rapidly fluctuates even at level throttle as much as 20psi (55-75psi).
Another issue is my prior tune - the injector table was seemingly not setup properly. It appears as if my injectors are forced to do "double duty, almost like they are setup as 30'lbs and the ecu makes them 60'lbs (I didnt really understand this part, so I hope I am explaining properly).
So...
Is there a good kit that is a drop in replacement for the stock fuel pump (i.e. hanger, and all - plug and play) - which will allow me to get rid of the boost a pump setup, and easily be able to flow enough fuel for 700+rwhp. I am shooting for low 600's - I want to know I have a durable pump that isnt doing major work to keep up with demand...but at the same time dont need anything ridiculous. I am not going for 900rwhp.
This is a street setup - I want this pump to last, and not have to be replaced.
