For that kind of $$, you can get a PTC,,,,,

4L80E go with a Yank.

For that price or close to PTC can hook you up with a single disk. Lots of good venders on here. I must say CircleD hands down has the best support. I have been talking with Chris from CircleD over the weekend and he is helping me on a product that isnt even his. replying to me on the weekends etc.

I went with a precision industries triple disk but I think its way to tight for my combo. I bought it new off of someone on the boards and it was specd for a 427 car. so behind my little 5.3L it is really tight. Debating selling it for a CircleD.

I think the crank is longer in a lq4. I went with a yank triple disk and truck flywheel for mine. Hopefully I can let ya know how it is soon. Car should be almost done

The crank is only longer in the 1999-2000 motors.

I would say go with an Fbody flexplate and a LS specific converter.
