JGS 50 wastegate and man controller
I picked up a man. controller I was going to install-I orig had the boost line right after the turbo, before the IC'er-i read the boost after the TB
I pulled the wastegate, used an air pressure/gauge setup, and dial ind on the valve-with the 2 springs, its around 16-18 PSI to move the valve, and 5 w/o the 2nd spring
What kind of boost could I get with the single spring and the man controller hooked up-there very well could be some rest going thru the IC'er and TB/90 Deg adapter, since I never saw that much boost-not sure what boost I would see with the boost line hooked to the intake, I don't want to over boost it
That should give you a ballpark figure of your boost range.
The vent hole will bleed off boost from the upper fitting
Just testing the single small spring it doubled the large spring boost, so hopefully this gives me what I want-I realize actual running things will be diff, but at least I might be able to adjust the boost now
