I know this has been discussed time and time again, but really just looking for a straight forward answer. In a couple weeks I will be going to the salvage yard to purchase a hopefully complete lm7. My long term plan for this build includes, stock bottom end, turbo, and ultimately 600ish rwhp. The plan is to rebuild it with new rings gapped appropriately, with other boost supporting parts. Here is what is on my list thus far:
-tu0 or possibly tu1 cam (leaning towards tu0)
-pac 1218 springs
-stock heads
-ls9 head gaskets (unless somebody has a better suggestion)
-stock truck intake and rails w/ 80lb injectors
-upgraded hardware

I have never ventured into the LS world, so please pardon my ignorance. I am just making sure that this recipe paired with a decent turbo is reliable and capable of the power level I am seeking. Also any additional parts I that this build may require. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
