Default 4.8 Turbo Recommendations for 550 max

Hey guys, I've been tossing around the idea of throwing a single turbo setup on my drift car for next season. The car weighs 2700 race ready. I'm running a t56. I'm trying to find some information on a turbo that will give me what I'm looking for but I'm having some difficulty.

This is what I'm looking for:
-450-550hp max
-I want fast spool, like full boost as low as 2500

I have some kind of precision turbo, I'll try and post a pic and maybe someone can help me identify it. The guy I bought it from says its a 67mm and the housings say .75/.96. Other than that I'm lost.

Thanks for your input!

The 0.96 would be the A/R of the hot side which will be fine with a small 4.8L. Being a precision i bet its a 6766. Which would mean 67mm compressor wheel with a 66mm turbine. Would light up a 4.8L pretty quick.

Ok awesome, thanks for your reply. I was hoping that this turbo would spool pretty fast on a 4.8. I have attached a picture of it just for reference.

Build your setup, run the turbo you have. Of it doesnt work, go from there. At least at that point your setup will be done and running.

^^ That sounds like a plan.

As far as the fuel system goes, if I could get away with some 60lb injectors on the stock fuel rail, with a C5 regulator and a 400lph pump that would be awesome. Is that unreasonable? Do i need to look into a boost referenced regulator with a true return system?

You will have no issues with stock rails with 60lb and a 400 pump. I know a few guys making MUCH more power on the stock dead head system.
