Default Bov and wastegate suggestions

Hi. I am to point of only needing a few more things for build. Other than misc small stuff i need bov and wastegate. My build is 6.0 LS iron block running 80mm ball bearing stg3 turbo with 1.15 a / r and 4" bar and plate type intercooler. Is there a formula for determining size for each? My target hp is 850-950hp @ 14-15# boost. And are there decent ones out there that aren't $500+ a pop?

If you want cheaper knock off stuff you can get some xs power wastegates and BOVS from vsracing.net or ebay or any other online store like cx racing etc. Just google it and look around

Cheaper gates sometimes hold up great, sometimes dont. With knock offs its mandatory to take them apart and make sure everything looks good. My XS power gate had metal shavings in it and the diaphragm wasn't seated right at all lol. You get what you pay for. Shafts on them tend to seize up too so anti seize helps alot

I had luck before with an old X02racing from VSracing. VS seems to stand behind their stuff for the most part. Even Huron Speed Deals with XS power and supply them with most of there kits as a standard. So I assume they do the job.

Im currently using Twin 38mm Tial MV-S' and couldnt be happier. Nothing worse than getting a knock off gate and guessing what the spring rate is. My Tials came with 5 springs each.

Also i am using a Race Parts Solutions Jodar 50mm BOV and absolutely love it. Came with 2 springs, soft and hard. I am on 10psi with the soft spring, holds pressure no problem and works and sounds flawless. I also owned a tial knockoff 50mm before and im pretty sure it never opened.

I picked up a 44mm WG from VS Racing (Tial knock-off) to run on the coldside of my Procharger build. Overall the quailty is okay, I pulled it apart for inspection, cleaning, and to relube it with some copper anti-sieze. It bench tested at 8psi out of the box, and has two more springs included.
