Intercoolers plumbing finished
I should have all the plumbing installed tomorrow. All the pipes polished. Clamps all polished that took forever. The crappy pics of the intercoolers do not begin to show how they shine. I will have much better pics of it all assembled tomorrow.

I don't know how I missed this thread. I kept checking back in the other thread lol. You didn't waste any time making your decision. Much respect for the amount of work & effort you've poured into that C5. Looking forward to your results. Keep up the bad *** work!

Cold side plumbing all done
Still have to work out the heat exchanger and a couple other details but I think it all came out well. Very straightforward with a minimum about of tubing. Dont think Turbo Lag will be an issue between this and the exhaust side.
Also, 2 1/2 inch out of the turbo's to a 3 inch transition into the intercoolers. 3 inch out of the intercoolers to a 3 by 3 by 4 inch Y-pipe. 4 inch to the throttle bodies.

No coating, its all polished stainless. The headers and the merge collectors are all 321 stainless. The "middle" pipe is schedule 10 pipe. All the rest is 304. All of it was treated to the Eastwood internal pipe coating. All of it. Remains to be seen how well it works.
