Default single or dual cutout for turbo setup

im planning on putting 1 or 2 cutouts in my exhaust for my turbo setup, heres my problem/question. its almost impossible for me to find a spot for the cutout on the drivers side and have adequate ground clearance. is a single cutout at the end of the y pipe enough exhaust flow or do I need to find a way to make duals happen?

I'm assuming that it's a twinturbo set-up?

You should be able to put a cut-out in the driver's side with no problem, I've also installed an electronic cut-outs just recently. Here's mine...
