Default RX Monster Clean Side Separator Question/Concern

So I'm hung up on this and need some re-assurances. The concept of the clean side separator is to allow only MAF metered air into the clean side (pass manifold). This would necessitate routing past the MAF. My question/concern in a TT setup is; wouldn't you be pressurizing the case through the separator if sourcing at that location?

As always, thanks in advance!

With a turbo you'd ideally have the clean air attached in front of the turbo. Closer to the filter. Also have the maf in front of the turbo. Running sd is best for this setup.
