So whats the strongest aluminum block?

After reading thru this theres a lot of talk about which is the best block to upgrade.
What about which is the strongest oem shortblock to add tons of boost thru?
Looking at finding them thru the pullnpay, ive seen many lm7's, a lq4 and now there is the occasional lm4 but those are gen3.
But i wouldnt mind buying a gen4 off ebay thats ready to go for 1000+whp. What is the strongest gen4 bottom end thats not an ls9 or ls3 aka $$$$?

can somebody enlighten me why the a319 would be a better alloy than a 356?
imo its cheaper and inferior, also hard to machine. as to higher rigidity, complete bs, all aluminum alloys have about the same modulus.

The LS9 block is superior mainly due to the clamping force of the head bolts. 120 ft/lbs with ARP 12mm bolts can contain much more cylinder pressure than a 5.3. It is also cast from a better grade aluminum, billet main caps, plus piston squirters which evens out the temps in them vs more heat in the center without. Lastly you can run a larger valve being 4.065" bore.

I been told the LS2 can be mid sleeved.... 800rwhp is just a breeze for that setup.
