Default should I go e85 or not

my new combo should get me in the 11-1200 rwhp range and im not sure if I should stay with regular pump gas or go e85? what are the advantages/disadvantages with running it? how far can I get on my twin 340 racetronix pumps and 1600fic injectors on pump gas and e85? im REALLY confused at this point and could use some guidance. If i go e85 and need different pumps/lines what should i go with?

If you have the supply and fuel system to support it there is no reason not to.
