Fastest Spool 750 HP Turbo.
Thank you.
Andrew
Hell, if I was you, I would choose the S361SX-E with the bigger turbine wheel. You don't need massive power. You need torque to spin tires!!! Let the HP numbers fall where they may...

With the lag in the t6 setup it was all or nothing. The only modulation i was able to do was through my clutch which inevitably killed it fast.

That would ensure faster spool and response, and it's easier to push a small unit hard than make a big unit work at the lower end. And hell if it doesnt allow you enough power, it's only $750 for a larger unit to slap into your turbine housing.

Put a t4 housing on your S475 to suit your needs, re-design the hot-side and call it a day. You can get an S400 twin scroll housing in a .90, 1.00, 1.10, 1.25 A/R T4. Then have it machined it for the larger 96/87 wheel. Forced inductions or any major turbo vendor could do this for you relatively cheaply.
This is my S400 1.24 T4 machined for the 87/96 exh wheel. Should cost you about $260 total for the housing and machine work.

Going to be running ignite 116.
that's the smallest single i've seen on an LS so far.
would start spooling around 1800 and 7-8psi around 28-3200RPMs
supposedly it's capable of mid 700s, I made 615@7psi
Such a small unit on a larger motor it will be screaming its **** off trying to keep up. I wouldnt even try and get near 700hp from it, it's probably going quite hard at even over 600.
