If it were me, I would buy a china 76mm turbo. Should reach your power goals. I wanted to do this same thing with my 03' 2500HD 6.0. But I was only looking to make around 450-475whp, so I was looking to run a 70mm china turbo. I just used the truck to tow my race car to the track, and I figured..... those things prob make 220whp factory. So 450whp would have been plenty an increase for what I was looking to do without stressing other parts too much.
