Default Trans cooler locations

I need to mount the trans cooler on my 70 Nova. No room up front because of the intercooler. I was thinking under the driver's seat roughly, but I don't have a fan on the cooler I have. Gimme some ideas. Thanks.

I have my cooler mounted up under the car where the drivers side muffler would be. I do have a fan on mine but it never runs. It's controlled by a inline temp sensor. And I've only herd it come on once when I was trying to build boost on the 2 step for a long time. I would think yours would cool even better not having the fan as an obstruction.

I mounted mine to the trunk of my f body. I don't have a fan on it and it's reached 190F once while hot lapping at the race track.

Mine is in the same place as beans on my 69 nova. No fan, no issues.
