Default MSD6012 box ?

I know most over here in the forced induction section use EFI, but anyone used the MSD 6012 box with boost ? Its what almost all us carb guys use for sparking the coils and setting timing , but I don't get the MAP for boost feature. It shows a vacuum scale, but I don't see how to show and map a positive manifold curve

When I had my 6010, I just used the map sensor scale to control timing-when the PISA hits 14, anything above that is boost-so 28 would be aprx 14 lbs boost
It takes about 2 inches of vac to pull down one PISA, so with the ign on, engine off, you would read 14, then with the engine on and average vacuum
your prob looking at 7 or so-I would just ramp the timing down as I got near 14, then ramp down to my total timing-I usually ran 22 @ 12 lbs, all depends on what it wants
