turbo for low rpm boost

turbo for low rpm boost I am interested in putting together a turbo kit for my LQ4 in my truck (2000 Silverado). I would like something that spools quick, around 2000rpms, since I never rev it up very high. Looking for something for lower rpms, quick spool, and to give it more torque.
Belows are a couple turbos I have lying around - not sure what would work best for it. What should I be looking at in terms of turbo specs ?
1st turbo
Compressor Trim: 59 A/R:0.70 Inducer:56.20 Exducer:72.9
Turbine Trim:62 A/R:.84 Inducer:73.90 Exducer:58.3
2nd turbo
Compress Trim 69;A/R 0.66; IND 68.7MM; EXD 97.8MM
Turbine Trim 92; 1.05 A/R; IND 87.4MM; EXD 77MM

Laying around? Looks like you copy/pasted the specs from an ebay ad lol.
The 2nd one is an ebay GT45. I would probably run that one. The first one is way too small for a 6.0. It would probably make boost in a hurry, but you'd have the rev range of a diesel.

Lol. Got them from a buddy, they probably are off ebay. The gt45 one any good ?
