Could this be the problem?

I started pulling everything apart and i got to takeing the blower off and crank pulley off. I mesured them the Crank pulley is 8 11/16 and blower ended up being 4 3/4. The F1 headunit has a max rpm of 70 K. Im just wondering if im not spinning the blower fast enough to make 19 psi. Anyways started on stripping all of the car down and getting rid of alot of stuff i dont need . Motor should be out tommorow or so and then ill check through it all. Its comeing along so more updates soon.

that most likely is your problem, at 6500 rpm you would be spinning the blower to around 46700 rpm.
pulley it smaller!

I don't think that is your problem. F1 has 5.0:1 step-up. That would put the impeller at about 60,000 rpms at a redline of 6500. You should be making plenty of boost.
