Default Boost issues

A little info on setup. 408, trikflow225 heads, 1 7/8 header, Ls6 intake, stock TB, F1A 3.8 pulley

Car made 780 at 15# at 5700. Holds 15# from 5700 to 6700. Was having issues with what I thought was a leaking race valve. Replaced all the innards, still the same. I would think I would be closer to 19# on a 3.8 pulley based on similar setup . What are something's I can check to see what the cause of my issue. I've pressure tested at 21# and none of my connections are leaking. I've changed intakes, quaddrouople checked connections and no leak . Its getting frustrating and I'm ready to just take it all off and sell it. I've changed vacuum sources also

First port of call for any non rising boost on a blower...is belt slip.

Maybe your set up is real efficient, and there's not enough restriction to create 19#. Probably belt slip though lol
