Default Twin Turbo Lq9- compression help

Im gathering parts for a twin turbo Lq9 build. The goal is 800whp on 93 pump gas through a 4l80. It will be an Lq9 bare block hones for 4.005 pistons, 243 or 317 heads, and piston/cam setup to get the dynamic compression where it neess to be for pump gas. For a 1972 Chevelle.

Any suggestions on what dynamic compression im looking at to achieve this? Also piston size vs the 243 and 317 heads. Is one preferred over the other for this application?

Stock LC9 compression, I think its 9.9:1 , flat tops 243 heads . 9-10 lbs 14 degrees I was starting to see knock . Running 14 -15 lbs now with water methanol no problem . I think Canuckistan(Canadian) 91-93 octane is pretty crappy compared to the States specially the winter blend .
