Boost reference truck rail?

Boost reference truck rail? Quick question, can I boost reference my stock early truck style fuel rail?
I am running 78% duty cycle on deka 80's with no boost ref @650whp now 11.9A/F I may step it up this year and I dont want to buy new injectors.

Its a factory early truck rail with the stock regulator with no line(ref) hooked up. It has worked great for the last 3 years but I was just asking if I can boost reference the stock regulator. We checked it and its running 50 Psi
