Default Installing P1SC, no FMU?

I am in the process of installing a procharger kit with fuel pump, injectors and the programmer. My question is will the tuning done by the programmer take place of the FMU described in the manuel? I was looking of the packing list and the FMU was listed as N/A. Any help would, uh help.

Yes, the injectors/fuel pump/programming replace the FMU.
