Default Future build questions

Wanting to build a awd silverado with a lq4 and a rear moubted turbo. with a mildly built motor only ARP studs, forged rotating assembly, ls9 head gaskets, upgraded valves, pushrods, and a good/ decent cam maybe the ls6, and a shaved truck intake with stock ported polish heads and p/p throttle 90lb injectors and it's own oil reservoir tank mounted in the toolbox. what would be a good size turbo to go with? I was thinking an 80mm or possibly bigger. With 2.5 inch exhaust to the turbo I don't want an huge amount of lag but I also don't want to choke the engine.. also can someone point me toward a good quality turbo no eBay stuff
Thanks in advance

An 80mm turbo is typically good for more than 1000 HP. You really don't need to go bigger.

Borg Warner is best bang for the buck as far as the non-chinese stuff goes. They're physically huge though, so it might be hard to find somewhere to squeeze one.
