It says it's for Corvette accessories. Could it be used on f body accessories if you spaced the blower/tensioner out to match? Seems possible in theory but you know how that goes. Lol

Ultimately as long as bracket system is solid and belt alignment is good then yes it could work.

But it would probably just be easier to use the accessories they state and run the closer belt position.

And surely it isnt a universal kit if it's intended for a Vette ?
