lq4 turbo build (need help) I have a precision 76/75 t4 turbo sitting around and I want to finally do a turbo build I was wanting to go with an lq4 I need ideas of what all I need to buy and if anyone has a similar build if they could share what they have done or bought.

This has been covered hundreds of times. Try a search. Google Sloppy mechanics, sloppy wiki, etc.
Not to mention that is about as broad as a question can get and still have a complete thought.

Well the first thing you need is a car for the turbo. I suggest the classified section.
Then you'll need a motor and part for the turbo. There's plenty of vendors and a parts classified section.
After that you're set!
